Every Wednesday from 9am to 4pm we will serve a homemade brunch for elders in the community and have a wonderful time. Brunch will be from 10-10:30 and there will be games, prayer, animal fun, small worship service and lots of conversation.

With a strong cross-sector collaboration we will fill the Pasture up with the love of Jesus on a monthly basis and sometimes more. Join us for an unforgettable worship service in the Pasture. Our service will offer a sense of peace and connection with the Creator, often drawing inspiration from biblical imagery such as Psalm 23's "green pastures"

In our busy and technology-driven world, finding time to slow down, reconnect with God, and restore the spirit has become more important than ever. One of the most powerful ways to experience this renewal is by stepping into nature. Retreats held in natural settings, like the Pasture, provide the perfect environment for rest, reflection, and spiritual growth. The Pasture is one such place where nature and faith come together to create a deeply transformative retreat experience

Teachers are important to us! We know that its very important to have a day in nature to rejuvenate because it lowers stress, reduces burnout, and improves mental and physical health, which can lead to greater job satisfaction and creativity. Time in nature lowers cortisol, reduces anxiety, and boosts mood, and these benefits are so powerful they can make teachers better equipped to handle the demands of their profession and more effective in the classroom. The pasture will provide Teacher days where we offer rest and relaxation and lots of fun.

Farm Experiences can be part of the Farm stay
our experiences and these include:

Youth ministry is important for rural communities because it provides a vital support system for young people, helping them develop their identity, faith, and life skills. It combats challenges like isolation and limited opportunities by fostering community, leadership, and a sense of belonging through faith-based activities and mentorship. This ministry equips future church and community leaders by teaching valuable life skills and connecting youth to a broader intergenerational community. We are so excited to let youth lead and develop powerful connections. We would also love to partner with your faith based organization for camps or retreats. Contact us if interested.

Once a month we will have a day that is specifically designated to foster youth. This day gives youth the opportunity to dive into farm work, experience the unconditional love that our animals provide and have fun. Nature and engagement in nature-based activities are increasingly recognized as critical for the well-being of children under stress or at risk for stressful life events. This Digest offers evidence-based suggestions for using nature to prevent or combat some of the negative impacts of childhood adversity.

Horse riding and lessons will not began until late 2026 but we are excited to offer this as part of our farm experience. The Pasture will also offer Opportunities for guests to participate in the daily care of the horses, such as grooming and feeding.

The Pasture will provide Farm Stay guest with the opportunity to learn about animal care. These dates will be scheduled or you can add them to your stay. It is very important that we share the importance of animal care so that our guest can see the work and cost that goes into taking care of an animal on a farm.
