Every Wednesday from 9am to 4pm we will serve a homemade brunch for elders in the community and have a wonderful time. Brunch will be from 10-10:30 and there will be games, prayer, animal fun, small worship service and lots of conversation.
We believe that engaging activities combat isolation, boost mental/emotional health (purpose, self-worth), improve physical health (activity), and allow elders to share wisdom, creating a vibrant, supportive community where everyone benefits from their experience.

The Pasture will hold four weekly retreats a year. The Pasture retreats will be posted on this website when they are scheduled but will not began until 2027. In our busy and technology-driven world, finding time to slow down, reconnect with God, and restore the spirit has become more important than ever. One of the most powerful ways to experience this renewal is by stepping into nature. Retreats held in natural settings, like the Pasture, provide the perfect environment for rest, reflection, and spiritual growth. The Pasture is one such place where nature and faith come together to create a deeply transformative retreat experience

Farm Experiences can be part of the Farm stay but can also be separate. Fun In The Pasture Days will be scheduled between March-October through collaborative efforts.
our experiences and these include:

Once a month March -October The Pasture will provide a vital support system for young people, helping them develop their identity, faith, and life skills. Our youth ministry efforts will assist in the development of future church and community leaders by teaching valuable life skills and connecting youth to a broader community. We are so excited to let youth lead and develop powerful connections. We would also love to partner with your faith based organization for camps or retreats. Contact us if interested. The youth ministry will also offer worship days to their community and family.

Farm Kid Stays are specifically designated to foster youth May-July. Nature and engagement in nature-based activities are increasingly recognized as critical for the well-being of children under stress or at risk for stressful life events. The Pasture offers evidence-based suggestions for using nature to prevent or combat some of the negative impacts of childhood adversity. A partnership with TFI family services will offer a door to offer foster youth a connection with nature.
Our Farm Kid stays or specific days are designed for fun, healing, and skill-building, outdoor adventure and enjoying nature and animals. Youth will have the ability to help build fence, implement new processes, feed the animals, gardening, groom the animals, fix equipment and more. Youth will also be able learn to rope, learn to care for animals, learn about healthy lifestyles and relaxation in nature.
